1. Vandna & Shiva LTD may from time to time provide certain promotional opportunities to Vandna & Shiva LTD Customers All promotions will be run at the sole discretion of Vandna & Shiva LTD, and can be activated, modified or removed at any time by Vandna & Shiva LTD without advance notification.

7. Governing Law:
The Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India and any legal proceeding arising out of this agreement will occur exclusively in the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra, India.
